How It Works

Step 1: Schedule Your Delivery

Visit “Schedule Delivery” and fill out the form. After we process your information, we will reach out to you through text or phone call.

Step 2: We Contact You

We’ll ask for the type and amount of formula you need, and once everything is confirmed, we’ll schedule your delivery at a time that works best for you.

Step 3: We Deliver

The formula is on its way to you. You’ll receive a call when the driver arrives. They’ll wait for you outside at the entrance. Please have your WIC card and PIN ready for a quick handoff!

Step 4: You Enjoy!

Your baby’s formula is now in your hands. We’ll check in with you monthly to see if you need more or want to change your formula. 💗

  • WIC2U is a baby formula delivery service for WIC parents. We bring your WIC-approved baby formula straight to your door — saving you time and hassle. Delivery is always free.

  • Unfortunately, the baby formula is not free. It is paid for by WIC, there is no extra charge to you!

  • We currently deliver throughout New York City with the goal of expanding further! If you’re not sure if we serve your neighborhood yet, feel free to reach out or try signing up — We’ll let you know right away!

  • We carry a wide range of WIC-approved baby formulas. Check out “WIC-Approved Formulas” to see what we have! If your specific formula isn’t in stock, we’ll do our best to get it for you.

  • Just visit our “Schedule Your Delivery” page and fill out the form. We'll contact you to confirm and arrange the delivery.

  • We follow your WIC issuance schedule. We’ll also send you reminders by text or phone each month to check if you need more or different formula.

  • Yes — either you or someone you trust must be home at the time of delivery. If you’re unavailable, you can have someone else receive the delivery as long as they have your WIC card and PIN number.

    We’ll contact you ahead of time to schedule the drop-off when it’s most convenient for you.

  • No problem! Just let us know during your monthly check-in or send a message to (718) 683-6980 and we’ll update your delivery for the next cycle.

  • While we are not run by WIC, we are a certified WIC vendor in New York — and one of the few pharmacies (Aldus Pharmacy) approved by WIC to deliver baby formula. That means we are officially authorized to process WIC benefits and provide formula under the program!
